Terms Of Service
Last updated: September 26, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and RARCO LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"), for use of ThreadBridge (threadbridge.app), a service we operate. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to bind it.
What the service is
ThreadBridge relays messages between channels on chat platforms you connect, currently Slack and Microsoft Teams. It does not relay message edits, deletions, reactions, files, or direct messages, and it is not a message archive. What is and isn't relayed is documented in our documentation, which you should read before relying on the service.
Your account
- You're responsible for what happens under your account, including anything your invited team members do.
- Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you think they've been compromised.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and ThreadBridge is for business use.
Connecting platforms
You may only connect a Slack workspace or Microsoft tenant you're authorized to connect, and you're responsible for having whatever permission your organization requires. A given workspace or tenant can be connected to one ThreadBridge account at a time.
Your use of Slack and Microsoft Teams stays governed by your agreements with those providers. If either changes or withdraws the access ThreadBridge relies on, the affected functionality may stop working; we'll do what we reasonably can, but we don't control those platforms.
Your content
Messages relayed through ThreadBridge remain yours and your organization's. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service: to receive a message from one platform and deliver it to the other on your instruction. We do not store message content, do not use it to train machine-learning models, and do not disclose it to anyone other than the destination platform you configured.
You're responsible for making sure the people in a bridged channel know it's bridged, and for having any consent your jurisdiction or your industry requires before relaying their messages to another organization. This matters: a bridge makes one company's channel visible to another company's.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ThreadBridge to:
- Break the law, or the terms of Slack or Microsoft.
- Relay messages you have no right to relay, or bridge a channel covertly where doing so would be unlawful.
- Send spam, malware, or content that infringes someone's rights.
- Attack, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or another customer's data.
- Resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.
We may suspend an account that's causing harm to the service or to others. Where we can, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, priced per connection, and renew automatically until cancelled. When you add or remove connections during a billing period, the charge is adjusted on a prorated basis. You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, as described in our Refund Policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal; you can cancel before it takes effect. You're responsible for applicable taxes.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, effective at the end of the current period. Deleting your account removes your bridges, configuration, and stored credentials. Messages already delivered to a platform stay there; we have no ability to retrieve or remove them.
Availability
We work hard to keep bridges running: bridges are health checked continuously, restarted automatically where possible, and account owners are alerted when one stays down. We don't offer a formal uptime guarantee unless we've agreed one with you in writing. Messages sent while a bridge is down are not queued or backfilled; the bridge resumes from the moment it is running again.
We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue something you depend on, or the service itself, we'll give reasonable notice to active accounts.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or messages that were not delivered. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
You'll defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, or from content you relayed through it.
Privacy
Our privacy policy forms part of these terms and describes what we collect and why.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we'll notify account owners by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, without limiting any mandatory rights you have where you live.
